Refund Policy

Personalized digital products
Cosmic Registry products are personalized digital commemorative records created specifically for each order.
Once a personalized registry record has been created and the digital certificate has been delivered, the sale is final and is generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Corrections
If Cosmic Registry makes an error in your personalized certificate or registry information, we will correct the error at no additional charge.
Unable to fulfill
If Cosmic Registry is unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a refund for the unfulfilled order.
Before fulfillment
Because fulfillment may begin automatically after successful payment, cancellation may not be possible once payment has been completed and personalization has begun.
Commemorative nature of the products
Star dedications are private commemorative records and do not officially rename astronomical objects.
Lunar parcel designations are symbolic commemorative records and do not convey legal ownership of lunar property or other extraterrestrial property.
Applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
